Involved in the full cycle of payroll processing such as undertaking time attendance, payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation
Timely submission of CPF, IR21, IR8A and other tax related matters
Administration of government related claims in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Manage payroll related queries from employees and Finance promptly, work with internal and external auditors on payroll audits
Liaise with vendors on payroll processing related issues and payroll system support
Highlight / recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Support full spectrum of HR
To manage and administer employee life cycle events such as on/off boarding, transfer, promotion, re-hiring, resignation and etc.
Employee data management and benefit administration.
To ensure all employment transactions are appropriately prepared, documented, processed and updated in the HR Management System.
To assist in payroll such as checking of OT claims and tax reports
To perform quality check to ensure wok performed by the team are compliance with agreed processes and SOPs in a timeliness manner and complete accuracy.
To provide HR reports and analytics to support business
To constantly review current work processes and procedures to identify potential areas for continuous improvement
To harmonize HR processes across varies business entities
To assist supervisor to carry out project based work and annual exercises.
