You should be a “hands-on HR generalist” and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Your key responsibilities as follows:
Assist in the complete Recruitment cycle eg advertising, short listing, coordinating interviews and on-boarding of new staff
Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and other letters
Conduct orientation program for new staff
Application of work permit, S-pass or EP for foreign workers and quota management for various subsidiaries under the Group
Monthly reporting on FWL and other HR billing matters to other subsidiaries
Process medical claims, & insurance matters
Source and register training courses for staff
Administer office security including issuance of employee pass, car decal, door access cards, keys, fingerprint access etc.
Issuance and stock count of T-shirts and Safety Boots.
Ensure strict confidentiality is kept at all times
Update and maintain employee's personal, leave and training records.
Assisting the Senior HR Executive with payroll processing duties ie time card computation, payslip distribution and all other HR operational matters (i.e. Performance Management, Benefits Administration etc)
Other ad-hoc assignment/project as and when assigned
