Develop, implement and execute an integrated people approach to learning & development, culture and behaviours, talent and leadership development to drive organization effectiveness. Work with key stakeholders to assess development needs, perform gap analysis, source, design and lead programs to build competencies and capabilities.
• Development and execution of APSN strategy and vision for talent that enables the organization to meet its key objectives through its people and to enhance organization effectiveness through its people.
• Work closely with schools and centre to formulate development activities based on the outcomes of the performance review exercises • In consultation with school and centre leaders to identify a pool of talents and institute a development plan for them in concert with all stake holders.
• Together with school/centre leaders and HR team, assist to map out career paths and succession planning for key positions. • Coordinate and facilitate talent development activities
• Evaluate appropriate delivery methods, education and development programs to support organization growth and staff retention
Requirements:- • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Learning & Development • Strong planning and organization skills with excellent interpersonal & communication skills. • Good knowledge of best practices in the area of Human Resources
Learning needs analysis Recommend training and development programmes to close the performance gap Tie in with vendors to provide comprehensive programmes for employment life cycle including leadership development, wellness and certification courses.
